State Reps. Jaime Greene, right, and Jason Morgan, left, welcome Dennis Yen-Feng Lei, director general of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Chicago, to the state Capitol on Thursday, June 13. Greene (R-Richmond) and Morgan (D-Ann Arbor), co-chairs of the Taiwan Friendship Caucus, also sponsored a resolution that expresses the Legislature’s commitment to deepening ties between Michigan and Taiwan. The resolution was adopted by the House on Thursday.
